Walnut, Sesame Seed, Oat and Honey Granola

  • In a large bowl mix:
  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup walnuts 
  • ¼ cup sesame seeds 
  • Stir in and coat with:
  • ¼ cup oil
  • Bake in a 9″ X 13″ cake pan at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Stir halfway through baking.
  • Transfer the hot granola to a bowl and stir in ¼ to ½ honey The amount of honey will depend on desired sweetness.
  • Add 1/2 cup raisins or other dried fruit or add fresh fruit right before eating it.
