- In a large bowl mix:
- 6 cups rolled oats
- 2 ½ cups nuts & seeds (1 cup nut option A, 1 cup nut option B, ¼ cup seed option A, ¼ cup seed option B)
- Stir in and coat with:
- ½ cup oil
- 2 tsp vanilla
- Bake in a 9″ X 13″ cake pan at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Stir halfway through baking.
- Transfer the hot granola to a bowl and stir in ½ to 1 cup honey The amount of honey will depend on desired sweetness.
- Add 1/2 cup raisins or other dried fruit
