
- In a large bowl mix:
- 3 cups rolled oats,
- 1 cup walnuts,
- ¼ cup sesame seeds,
- Stir in and coat with:
- ¼ cup oil,
- Bake in a 9″ X 13″ cake pan at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Stir halfway through baking.
- Transfer the hot granola to a bowl and stir in ¼ to ½ honey. The amount of honey will depend on desired sweetness.
- Add 1/2 cup raisins or other dried fruit or add fresh fruit right before eating it.
