- 1 lb Green Beans, Fresh or Frozen
- 2 TBSP Canola Oil
- 1/2 tsp Curry Powder
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne Powder
- 1/2 tsp Garlic
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp Salt
In a bowl, mix together green beans, canola oil, curry powder, cayenne powder, garlic, and salt. Spread out on a cookie sheet. Roast in the oven at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
